Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the provision of dog training and boarding services (the "Services") by [Your Business Name] ("Provider") to the pet owner ("Client"). By engaging in our Services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms:

1. Booking and Reservations:

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.

1.2. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure reservations.

2. Payments:

2.1. Payment for Services is due in full upon drop-off or as otherwise agreed.

2.2. Additional charges may apply for extended stays, special requests, or supplementary services.

3. Health and Vaccinations:

3.1. The Client must provide proof of current vaccinations and a clean bill of health for their pet (For residential bookings only).

3.2. The Provider reserves the right to refuse Services if a pet exhibits signs of illness or aggression.

4. Liability and Responsibility:

4.1. The Client acknowledges and agrees they are solely responsible for any injury, damage, or harm caused by their pet to any person or property.

4.2. The Client assumes all liability for injuries sustained by their pet while participating in training activities or during their stay.

5. Emergency Medical Care:

5.1. In a medical emergency, the Provider will make reasonable attempts to contact the Client.

5.2. The Client authorises the Provider to seek veterinary care for their pet at the Client's expense if immediate contact cannot be made.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

6.1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.2. No refunds will be issued for early pick-ups or cancellations made within 24 hours.

7. Conduct and Behaviour:

7.1. The Client is responsible for disclosing any behavioural issues or concerns about their pet.

7.2. The Provider reserves the right to terminate Services if a pet's behaviour poses a threat to the safety of staff or other animals.

8. Personal Belongings:

8.1. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary items for their pet's stay, including food, medications, and personal belongings.

8.2. The Provider is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

9. Agreement Modifications:

9.1. The Provider may update or modify these Terms, and such changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

10. Governing Law:

10.1. The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms.

By engaging in our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms may result in the termination of Services without refund.
